Why do we practice? In the busyness of our daily lives, we may lose sight of why we began our yoga practice and what continues to motivate us. Our practice often becomes routine and we lose focus of our intention. Do we practice for our minds? Our bodies? Our spirits? Do we know why we practice? Perhaps our practice runs deeper than we realize. Come together for an internal discovery and dig deep as we explore these questions through a traditional vinyasa flow class and meditation.
