Many hospice supporters, including community members, businesses, organizations, family and friends of patients, often ask, “Is there anything specific you need for the Siegenthaler Center or your hospice program?” As we are a non-profit organization, and because reimbursement falls short of covering the actual cost of providing care and services, we rely heavily on the generosity of donors to assist us in meeting the needs of our patients and families. We have developed a wish list to assist us in meeting the needs of those we serve.
(Hospice’s Four-Bed Residence)
The Siegenthaler Center opened in February 2005 and has welcomed hundreds of patients and families. Just like our own homes, items need to be replaced. Please contact Laurie Barr, Community Support Services Supervisor at (315) 735-6484 or firstname.lastname@example.org to learn what our current needs are for the Siegenthaler Center.
Help us fill up our wine cellar!
Help change the lives of hundreds of patients and families served by Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. each year. We need bottles of wine with a minimum value of $10 for our fundraising events. Anything from moderately priced to more expensive wines are appreciated. We are doing “wine pulls” and our goal is to collect up to 500 bottles of wine. All proceeds will go directly to Hospice, and if we reach our goal, we will raise $5,000. Please bring in or ship your donation of wine to the Community Support Services Office at Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc., 4277 Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, NY 13413, or contact Laurie Barr, our Community Support Services Supervisor, at 315-735-6487 x249 or 1-800-3117-5661, or at email@example.com
